“That the powerful play goes on, and you may contribute a verse.”
— Walt Whitman, O Me! O Life!
That single line—equal parts challenge and invitation—has stayed with me for years. Some may recall it from the 1989 film Dead Poets Society. Others from a memorable Apple ad. But long before either, it lived in Leaves of Grass, Walt Whitman’s timeless collection celebrating the human spirit and our shared responsibility to shape the world we live in.
So why bring it up now?
Because the idea of contributing a verse has always resonated deeply with me. It’s a call to do meaningful work—to create something with purpose, rooted in passion, and bigger than yourself. And when I first set out on this path, that principle guided every step.
This isn’t about chasing a title or landing a new role. It’s the culmination of years filled with lessons learned, setbacks and successes, fatherhood, self-discovery, discipline, and growth. It’s built on experience across UX design, marketing, sales strategy, customer engagement, and entrepreneurship.
What I’m after now is something greater—something that brings it all together. To craft solutions. Tell stories. Ignite growth. And help others do the same.
So consider this a bookmark. A sneak preview of the next chapter. I have a feeling it will be a turning point—the moment I fully claimed my voice, my skills, and the kind of work I want to be known for.
The play goes on. And my verse is still being written.
